Red wine keeps you young

Drinking red wine can slow the ageing process, a study has revealed.

And eating foods such as onions, bananas and rice can also dramatically reduce signs of ageing and prevent age-related illnesses, such as Parkinson's disease.

Melatonin, a substance found in these foods and red wine delayed the ageing process by protecting the body's cells from damage, researchers at the University of Granada in Spain found.

People stop producing melatonin naturally when they reach 30.
