Apparently a terrorist cell from Trinidad and Guyana were planning to blow up the fuel tanks and pipeline at JFK International airport and "had the plot been carried out, it could have resulted in unfathomable damage, deaths and destruction" even though (the FBI has informed us) they had no explosives and "there was no threat to air safety or to the public". So what were they going to do then? Pretend to plant a bomb and then stand back and shout BOOM! and everybody in the vicinity of JFK would lie down and pretend to be dead?
