Second 'letter bomb' explodes injuring two

Two men have been treated for blast injuries to their hands and upper bodies after an "item of mail" exploded at the offices of Vantis - a company involved with speed cameras.

The explosion occured at Oaklands Business Centre in Wokingham, Berkshire, shortly after 9am. Although both men weren't seriously hurt, they are said to be 'traumatised'.

The attack comes 24 hours after a female employee at Capita, which runs London's Congestion Charge, required hospital treatment after a letter bomb exploded in her hands.

Sounds like some bastard has a grudge. But that doesn't excuse this behaviour ... I hope they catch him soon.
