Apparently, photographing the Eiffel Tower is not "forbidden" by daylight but, at night, the lighting is copyrighted and it is not permitted to publish a photo of the Tower at night. So it looks like I am in deep doodoo again. Ah well c'est la vie (c:= Anyways - here's a much better photo - of Sacré Coeur at night.
