Some of you may not be aware that there is an International Blues & Jazz Festival due to be held in Belfast at the end of this month. For some reason the organisers seem reluctant to advertise the fact. You will find leaflets in some pubs or posters stuck to doors in same pubs but you might just walk past them without sparing a glance.
